✅ 7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
📦 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact
It must be in its original packaging
A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required
An unboxing video is mandatory for raising any disputes or return requests
🔁 How to Request a Return
You can initiate a return in one of two ways:
Log in to your The Cart Craft account and request a return/exchange directly
Email us at support@thecartcraft.com
Once approved, your item will be picked up and inspected. If it meets our return conditions, a refund will be processed.
⚠️ If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you’ll need to self-ship the product to our warehouse. Details will be provided during the return process.
You will receive:
A return shipping label (where applicable)
Step-by-step return instructions
Important: Items sent without return approval will not be accepted.
🚚 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
Personalized or custom-made products
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Sale items or gift cards

💸 Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
⏳ Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
